About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our regional territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across regional territories.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the planning, organization, and control of sales operations across regional territories.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Results-driven with a proven track record of sales success.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
