We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Consultant to join our team at Trane Technologies. This role will play a crucial part in developing and implementing onboarding and engagement plans, providing advice and counseling to managers on talent management practices, and collaborating with members of the shared services team.

Your Responsibilities
- Coach and advise managers on talent management practices, answering questions and helping them navigate the performance management system
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement onboarding and engagement plans
- Collaborate with members of the shared services team (administration of benefits and leave, payroll, etc.) to answer questions from employees
- Monitor and ensure employment practices consistent to legislative requirements and enterprise policies
- Support the roll out and adoption of enterprise and region people strategies
- Liaise with third parties as required
What You'll Bring
- Minimum experience: 3-7 years of broad generalist HR experience
- Bachelor's degree with focus on human resources, labor / industrial relations, management, psychology, finance, business or related discipline
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) preferred
- Knowledge of legislation that impacts the employment relationship
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak professionally, positively and courteously at all times with all customers, vendors, visitors and employees.
- Experience in supporting corporate organizations
- Detail oriented, organized, with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and / or collaboratively with a team, with excellent project management
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Experience and knowledge of HRMS and other HR systems preferred; PeopleSoft experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Affiliation with provincially regulated HR association preferred. (Example: CHRL certification, etc)
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position is between $75,000 and $95,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive comprehensive benefits and programs, including extended health care coverage, a defined contribution pension plan, paid time off, educational and training opportunities, and tuition assistance.
