Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and employee share purchase plan.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Indigenous Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team in Atlantic Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent from Indigenous communities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to engage with Indigenous students and professionals
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs and develop effective solutions
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with an expected graduation date before May 31st, 2025
