As a Restaurant Manager at Oliver & Bonacini, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall bar and beverage program, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. You will lead training in advanced mixology techniques, create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, and develop relationships with beverage suppliers to source new products and promotions.

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Manage the bar and beverage program, including inventory control and cost management.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on mixology techniques and bar operations.
  • Develop and maintain service standards for the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source new products and promotions.
  • Communicate the vision and values of Oliver & Bonacini to team members and guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mixology and cocktail program creation.
  • WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable.
  • Experience working in fine dining and casual restaurant bar environments.
  • Extensive beverage knowledge, including traditional cocktails and new trends.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extreme organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
