Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their full potential.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and use this information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
