Restaurant Operations Manager

Strong & Free Food Theory Inc o/a Camino Taco is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
- Staff Management: Set staff work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and cost products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a large workload. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
