Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Strong & Free Food Theory Inc o/a Camino Taco. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Staff Management
    • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase revenue.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure effective team management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
