As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
  • Staff Management: Set staff work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and cost products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a large workload. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
