Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Tim Horton's, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, or fast food outlet or concession.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
