About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team as a Performance Excellence Coordinator. This role is responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of new administrative processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Work Prioritization and Management: Establish clear priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional support to the team, handling various administrative duties, and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain accurate inventory controls, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluent English language skills.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Compensation package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
