Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Graytek Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and a team player.
