Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, managing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Direct and control daily operations by prioritizing tasks, managing time, and maintaining productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide administrative support by performing various tasks such as mail distribution, supply ordering, and filing management.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both manual and digital, to ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with office software applications and technology.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 CAD, depending on location and experience.
