B.C Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate daily office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth functioning of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Filing and Records: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Clerical Support: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
