Job Summary

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team at Penfolds Roofing Inc. as an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including arranging seminars, coordinating team information, and directing daily operations.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures, and maintain digital databases.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget planning and expenditures, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a temporary position, working 40 hours per week. Public transportation is available. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
