Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk at Shoal Lake Motor Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced hotel environment. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
