  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Guest Services: Offer general information about points of interest in the area and assist guests with any requests or concerns.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, as well as contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
