Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome guests upon arrival, register them, and assign appropriate accommodations.

  • Information Provision: Offer comprehensive details about hotel amenities and services, as well as local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Manage guest check-outs, calculate final charges, and process payments accurately.
  • Financial Accountability: Ensure cash handling is precise, complete balance sheets, and prepare cash reports.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide assistance as required.
  • Housekeeping Support: Conduct light cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold hotel standards.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to enhance guest satisfaction.
