Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and customer-focused liquor store seeking a skilled Liquor Store Manager to lead our team. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, analyze market trends, and optimize store promotions.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

- Supporting Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, offer mentorship programs, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Language: English.
