About Scott 72 Liquor Store

We are a dynamic and customer-focused retail liquor store seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
    • Evaluate store performance regularly and implement strategies to improve sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine demand, sales potential, and competitor activity.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion
    • Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access for customers with disabilities.
    • Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees.
    • Assist with immediate settlement needs and provide access to community resources, language training, and skills development.
  • Support for Youth
    • Participate in programs that support youth employment and provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Support for Veterans
    • Participate in programs that support Veterans and provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Participate in programs that support Indigenous people and provide cultural competency training, awareness, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Support for Mature Workers
    • Participate in programs that support mature workers and provide phased retirement options, mentorship, and coaching opportunities.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Participate in programs that support visible minorities and provide diversity and cross-cultural training, mentorship, and coaching opportunities.
