About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and promote sales through effective merchandising and display techniques.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and inventory management.
