Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of liquor products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
