We are a dynamic and customer-focused liquor store seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure seamless customer service and sales performance.
    • Evaluate store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage store budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.
    • Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise store staff to ensure a high-performing team.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion
    • Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access for all customers.
    • Participate in government or community programs to support persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participate in government or community programs to support newcomers and refugees.
    • Assist with settlement needs and provide access to community resources.
  • Support for Youth
    • Participate in government or community programs to support youth employment.
    • Offer on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
