Job Title: Liquor Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of liquor products, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Sales and Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, promoting sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer engagement.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
