Learning and Development Coordinator

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Learning and Development team in the Talent Strategy department.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement leadership and employee development strategies and programs to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Manage the execution of learning and development programs, including administration, coordination, communication, tracking, evaluation, and reporting.
- Contribute to the design and curation of content for employee and leadership development workshops, information sessions, and programs.
- Manage vendor agreements and relationships for learning and development initiatives to ensure value and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline, preferably with a certificate in Adult Education and knowledge of adult learning methodology.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience coordinating learning and development programs in a large organization or corporate environment.
- Strong data analysis capability and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience with coordinating large-scale events or conferences.
- Expert knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience and proficiency in the use of Learning and Development technologies.
- Completed or in progress training/designation/certifications in areas such as Institute for Performance and Learning, Certified Human Resources Professional, or International Coaching Federation.
- 4 weeks' vacation.

This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at Canadian Blood Services location 40% of the time/2 days of the week.
