About the Role

The Institute for Performance and Learning is seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative leadership development programs that strengthen the capabilities of leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leadership development programs that align with the organization's strategic priorities and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify learner needs and determine optimal development solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that incorporate blended approaches and meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Lead the design and execution of large-scale leadership team events, including the annual leadership summit.
  • Work with stakeholders to build and evolve leadership development programs that meet current and future needs.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Completion of a degree in a related field, such as leadership, organizational psychology, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and designing large-scale leadership team events.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work through ambiguity and provide thought leadership.
  • Ability to influence without authority and gain commitment of sponsors.
