Job Title: Manager, Learning & Development

 

Job Summary:

The Manager, Learning & Development plays a critical role in driving organizational growth and success by developing and implementing strategic learning and development initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their learning and development needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for learning and development
