Client Relationship Manager - Group Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to lead our group benefits clients to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to add value and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with group benefits clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to add value and grow clients' business through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic consulting plans to meet clients' needs and achieve business growth.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication of our solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in group benefits in a client-facing role.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Life license required (LLQP).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
