Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute media relations strategies for programs/projects and maintain and manage business media relationships
  • Support on issues and crisis-related mandates for clients
  • Develop and execute thought leadership programs for senior leaders and executives
  • Develop strategies for and oversee monitoring programs
  • Lead the client service function for program planning, problem solving, and strategic counsel
  • Maintain financial responsibility for accounts including forecasting and account profitability
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to clients, as well as to colleagues in the Zeno network, to ensure success
  • Identify new growth opportunities based on insights into the company, client, industry, and economy

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. This salary estimate is based on average industry standards for similar roles in Canada.

About the Role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with senior-level team members to implement reputation management programs for Zeno clients across Canada. You will be responsible for managing the overall quality of projects and accounts, as well as adherence to budgets.
