**The Role**:
As a Strategic Account Manager you will be a key member of the Revenue Team, responsible for engaging, retaining and ultimately growing Statflo’s biggest, most complex customers.

You combine a growth mindset with the ability to build solid relationships across multiple levels of an organization to help our customers succeed in their objectives. You will be focused on creating and accelerating revenue through industry leading customer insights, long-term account strategy, and product development.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work with the Revenue Team (CS, Sales, Strategic Accounts and Marketing), Tech and Product to drive an overall strategic account plan to ensure alignment on account growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within while providing industry insights & recommendations to help clients exceed their KPI’s
- Identify strategies to expand sales growth that could include new lines of customer business, partner opportunities and expansion of the current solution
- Handle client inquiries and find innovative solutions to complex problems
- Actively manage opportunity pipeline against Revenue Team objectives/metrics to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Manage account configurations and work with clients on messaging and communication strategy
- In coordination with partners in product and engineering, plan and execute on new account implementation and onboarding.

**You will be successful in this role if you**:

- Understand how enterprise organizations operate - the dynamics, complexities, and strategies that make them successful
- Have a proven track record of revenue growth in SaaS, consistently identifying new opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Have 5+ years in technology consulting, software sales, product management or business development
- Can build and maintain solid relationships cross-functionally from the front-line to C-level, both internally and externally
- Have strong business acumen and negotiating skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate, persuade, plan and strategize in order to reach agreement
- Are a great communicator with high energy, enthusiasm and a passion for the business
- Have some familiarity with the technical aspects of an enterprise-grade implementation
- Are comfortable splitting your time between high-level, strategic conversations and the minor details of the day-to-day
- Possess strong presentation skills

**Bonus if**:

- You have experience in the business messaging space
- You have experience in retail, banking and/or telecommunications
- You have experience in enterprise sales and/or account management
