Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 13093298 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as required.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Store Operations: Authorize returns, sell merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 33 to 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
