Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2474246 Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including assigning duties, providing training and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
