Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
