At 2474246 Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station, we are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your duties will include assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and coordinating the activities of our workers, and ensuring that our store is running efficiently. If you have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment and are looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and requires fluency in English.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assign sales workers to duties
* Order merchandise
* Authorize return of merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Sell merchandise
* Resolve issues that may arise

* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

**Requirements:**

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
