Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 13093298 Canada Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store and drive business growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Authorize returns, manage merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and dependability.
