Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2474246 Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales and Revenue: Sell merchandise, promoting products and services to customers to drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are delivered on time.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
