As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and shrinkage, and maintain a secure store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
