Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2474246 Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and purchase products from suppliers to maintain an adequate stock level.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and meet sales targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and implement inventory control measures.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary language of work is English.
  • Hours of Work: The standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
