As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales through effective merchandising and display techniques.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of sales staff and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary language of work is English.
  • Hours of Work: The standard workweek is 40 hours, with flexibility to meet business needs.
