At JMC Security & Investigations Inc., we are seeking an experienced Operational Security Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

About the Job:

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits and a comprehensive training program. As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, managing a team of security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily field operations, including site visits, uniform checks, and incident reporting.
  • Manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and use of force guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze shift logs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security industry support role or as a security guard.
  • Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Standard First Aid CPR-C + AED certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail platforms.
  • Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends (rotating on-call duties shared with other supervisors).
