Compensation Package

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $17.20/hour for the first 3 days of training, increasing to $17.92/hour after completion. After 90 days probation, your hourly rate will further increase to $18.93/hour.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Protection Specialist where you will be responsible for conducting patrols, both on foot and by vehicle, to ensure the securement of high-value areas. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Writing detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and software.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Security License.
  • A G License.
  • A clean driver's abstract.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
