Job Description
As a Relationship Specialist, you will be part of a local team responsible for providing financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Elevating customer relationships through meaningful interactions
  • Attracting new business and growing AFC revenue while balancing risk
  • Developing an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues
  • Growing the portfolio organically and assisting in promotional efforts
  • Managing, servicing, and balancing risk on customer accounts


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support current and prospective customers
  • Proficiently apply sales expertise, adapt to audiences, maintain curiosity, and effectively resolve core dealer issues
  • A strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development


Estimated Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on location and experience.
