Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a comprehensive total rewards package that includes company-paid health and dental coverage and an employee/family assistance plan.

About the Role

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives">
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION">
  • IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP PROPOSALS TO SECURE NEW CLIENTS">
  • MANAGE AND RESOLVE BOOKING INVOICE DISCREPANCIES IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER">
  • MONITOR EXTERNAL TRENDS, POLICIES, PROGRAMS, AND ISSUES WITH ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL IMPACT FOR APTN">
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by upselling additional products or services to existing clients">
  • ENSURE CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE VIA MAKE GOODS, AUDIENCE TRACKING, AND BONUSING">
  • PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THEY MAY HAVE">
  • WORK WITH THE TEAM TO UNDERSTAND PRICING STRATEGIES, SELL-OUTS, REVENUE MANAGEMENT DATA, AND HOW TO IMPLEMENT">
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status">
  • Experience working with an Indigenous organization as well as knowledge of Indigenous cultural perspectives is an asset">
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and broadcast specific software is required">
