About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at EliteGlobal Group Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and document solutions for future reference.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software, to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, responding to technical issues and providing support to our clients and internal teams.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
