Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Ensure seamless execution of events, functions, and banquets, meeting high standards of quality and service.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and develop a team of Food and Beverage staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
    • Lead by example, promoting a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, supply, and inventory costs.
    • Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure exceptional guest service standards, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus, promotions, and events that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including hotel leadership, sales teams, and other departments.
    • Build strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of services and products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and travel industries, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • High-end restaurant leadership experience, with expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Wine knowledge certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
