Administrative Coordinator for Food and Beverage Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team at Pursuit Collection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations managers, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to operations managers, including receiving and prioritizing requests, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations for quarterly meetings, including creating PowerPoint slides and distributing materials.
  • Maintain a promotional event schedule, including liaising with reservations and marketing teams.
  • Compile and review guest experience scores monthly, and respond to negative comments.
  • Research and provide pricing recommendations for menu items and promotions.
  • Assist in business planning and presentation preparation, including arranging transportation and itineraries as needed.
  • Process internal meeting requests, create and distribute reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and update events in our system, and assist in creating training manuals for F&B Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Track and report community volunteering opportunities, and compile a monthly F&B newsletter.
  • Provide regular updates and meeting minutes to Food and Beverage leadership.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, or two years in event management.
  • Extensive computer knowledge, including proficiency in Micros/Optimum.
  • Understanding of inventory procedures and systems.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
