Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at the Elk and Ave Hotel, Farm & Fire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of staff members to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, forecast sales, and control costs to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including hotel management, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and travel industries, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
