Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Ensure seamless execution of events, functions, and banquets, meeting high standards of quality and service.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve exceptional guest service standards and increase sales.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to maximize revenue and control expenses.
    • Monitor labor and supply costs, ensuring adherence to cost control procedures.
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service.
    • Collect and act on guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hotel leadership, to drive business results and achieve company goals.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and travel industries as a manager.
  • Proven high-end restaurant leadership experience.
  • Wine knowledge certification preferred, but not required.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-energy work environment.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs, including MS Office and Teams, restaurant management software, and POS.
  • Proven creativity and inspiring food and beverage trends and best practices.
  • Experience with best-in-class operating systems, training, staff development, and the operational management of large and complex operations.
  • Expertise in building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization.
  • Able to create a culture of followership through modeling core values and best practices.
  • Experience with financial management and creating strong employee and guest satisfaction.
