Job Description

The Help Desk Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless technical support to our colleagues at Dacaro Services. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as the analyst will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to company computer systems and peripheral equipment.

This is a dynamic role that involves working with various stakeholders, including bank departments and operating units. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to provide high-quality customer service.

Daily Expectations
  • Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate incidents and service requests to determine the best course of action.
  • Coordinate referrals to technical professionals or service personnel for repairs, training, and follow-up.
  • Ensure quality customer service and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of IT experience or 3 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware.
  • A minimum of an AA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows.
  • Minimum 4 years' application support experience with Microsoft applications, including Office 365, Teams, and Outlook.
  • 3 Years customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 2 Years' working with ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 2 years managing virtual environments.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
