Help Desk and System Administrator

We are an award-winning CRM agency looking for a skilled Help Desk and System Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure.
About the RoleIn this role, you will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain end-user devices. You will also assist in managing server, network, and cloud environments.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain end-user devices, including mobile device management.
- Update and maintain IT documentation.
- Assist in managing server, network, and cloud environments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in IT support.
- Familiarity with end-user operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Experience with mobile device management (e.g., JAMF, Intune).
- Familiarity with system administration (Server, Networking, etc.).
The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
