SalaryWe offer a highly competitive salary for this role, with an estimated range of $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Regional Sales Director in Canada. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and market share across your assigned region.
You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with our field offices to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide support and guidance to ensure successful sales outcomes.
In addition to your sales leadership responsibilities, you will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our manufacturing partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the building automation industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress towards goals
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the building automation industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and market share
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
